Our work connects conditions on site with the people responsible for responding. Operators can see where a reading comes from and keep track of several properties from the same view.

SenseGuard began with a need to monitor unused buildings at the Archdiocese of Baltimore. University of Maryland reporting describes the early work with water-presence, temperature, and humidity sensors across multiple buildings.
SenseGuard participated in the University of Maryland’s Mokhtarzada Hatchery 2025–2026 cohort. The university’s May 2026 Demo Day coverage documented the ongoing Archdiocese pilot and design-partner relationship.
